Dr. Franklin and team are very professional. They provided details regarding the procedure, but more importantly Dr. Franklin was very personable taking the time to speak with his patients. Go Army! No offense against the Air Force and the Pittsburgh Steelers! America’s team all Day Everyday!!
Arrived early, their staff is kind and works together to be efficient and makes sure you know what is happening with the procedure. Thank you, SAGE

Cancelled my Colonoscopy scheduled for this Friday because of the lack of communication and prep of the staff. It is 3 days and a wake up until my procedure and I haven't been prepped on what to do or expect nor been provided any prep medication. I left 4 voicemails, sent 2 emails and texted yet still no communication. I cancelled this procedure today and called Tricare who has already locked on a facility for my procedure that is more responsive and professional. I am glad I have that option and feel sorry for any patient that doesn't and has to put up with this place. No thanks.
